(Ita) Ricetta: Antipasti alle erbe

Da quando la mia produzione è diventata più varia, ho proposto diverse volte piatti a base di aromatiche, sfidando i commensali a riconoscerle.
Questi antipasti sono piuttosto semplici da preparare, ma ognuno è pensato per esaltare il sapore di un'erba differente.

Dall'alto:
Nidi verdi (santoreggia)
Tagliare a metà due uova sode, togliere il tuorlo e impastarlo con un po' di maionese e una punta di pasta d'acciughe, quindi riempire di nuovo le uova. Cospargere con abbondanti foglie di santoreggia.

Involtini di bacon (rosmarino)
Impastare del mascarpone con alcune foglie di rosmarino tenere, porne una cucchiaiata all'interno di ogni fetta di bacon e arrotolare.

Tartine cacik (aneto)
Pelare un cetriolo e tagliarlo a fette alte 2cm. Su ciascuna porre un cubetto di formaggio feta. Praticare su cubetti di formaggio un forellino e inserirvi un rametto di aneto.

Polpette alle noci (maggiorana)
Impastare del formaggio fresco con foglioline tenere di maggiorana, creare delle palline e passare sulle noci tritate.

Tartine in salsa rosa (capperi)
Fare un'insalatina di sottaceti, cubetti di prosciutto e salsa rosa. Porre su delle fette di pane tostato e guarnire con capperi.
