Recipe: Sun-dried tomatoes tapenade

Tapenade is a French spread recipe, made with black olives, capers and aromatic herbs. I veganized it using sun-dried tomatoes instead of anchovies.

This is the nineth recipe from the 20 appetizers lunch.

Sun-dried tomatoes tapenade


Ingredients
20g sun dried tomates in olive oil
2 black olives, pitted
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp capers
1/2 tsp rosemary
black pepper

Directions
Mince all ingredients with a blender, and serve on toasted french bread.
If you are using sun dried tomatoes without oil, add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil.
