January's harvested is limited to winter vegetables and a few plants and aromatic herbs.

HarvestA small harvest: lemons, lettuce, dill, arugula, celery, nira and many mild chilies.
I used almost all these ingredients in the recipe: Cheese and Chilies Balls


CeleryMy celery plants born everywhere, and I always let them choose their favourite spot. Plants born during summer are ready to be harvested, while young plants born.

Broccoli rabeBroccoli rabe (turnip tops) are ready to be harvested. Mine weren't very lucky, but I managed to prepare Turnip Tops Bruschetta anyway.


Seasonal fruits and vegetables


Seasonal herbs and spices: Borage, cress, ginger, nettle

Seasonal Vegetables: Artichokes, beetroots, broccolis, cabbage, cardoons, carrots, cauliflower, celery, chicory, endive, fennel, jerusalem artichoke, kale, leek, lettuce, onions, pumpkin, savoy, spinach, sprout, turnips, turnip-tops.

Seasonal Fruits: Apples, citrons, clementines, dates, grapefruits, kiwi, lemons, oranges, tangerines.
