Recipe: Dukkah

Spices and Aromatic Herbs Mixtures
September 09, 2008
I've harvested all seeds from my aromatic plants, and I guess it's the right time to enjoy a dukkah. Any way, all ingredients are dried, so you can prepare this recipe in every season.

Dukkah is an egyptian recipe, a perfect snack for a quiet evening. The pita bread, cut into small triangles, should be dipped into the olive oil and then into the dukkah.
