Recipe: Grilled Vegetables with Garlic Sauce

To prepare this traditional spanish appetizer, you can mix white yogurt with mayonnaise instead of using mayonnaise only. The sauce will be more light and healthy.
Grilled Vegetables with Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
1 aubergine
2 courgettes
1 red bell peper
100ml mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
olive oil
salt, black pepper
Directions
Cut the vegetables into small pieces, and put them on a oiled baking pan. Grill-bake for 15 minutes, turning them when golden brown.
Season with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Serve with a sauce of mayonnaise and minced garlic.
