Recipe: Ciabatta with marjoram omelette

I have a lot of fresh marjoram this year, and today I harvested only flowers. Round, green and fleshy, they gave an incredible aroma to this ciabatta (flat bread) with omelette.
Ciabatta with marjoram omelette
Ingredients
Serves two:
2 eggs
half glass of milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. marjoram flowers
2 rolls or one small ciabatta
2 ham slices
60g cheddar
Directions
Beat the eggs with milk, flour and marjoram flowers. Pour in a oiled pan and cook both sides until golden brown.
Stuff the ciabatta with the omelette, ham slices and cheddar cut into sticks.
