Recipe: Sweet and sour burger with anise

Another homemade burger, with anise, chili and raisins, for our Burger Parade.
Do not forget to serve it with the sauted apples, they're quick and perfect on this sweet and sour burger.
Sweet and sour burger with anise
Ingredients
Makes four small burgers:
350g minced beef
50g ham
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp anise
4 tbsp grated parmesan
2 tbsp milk
1 red hot chili
2 tbsp raisins
1/2 green apple
2 tbsp butter
green salad
Directions
Coarsely chop the ham and slice the chili.
Combine to the beef, breadcrumbs, anise, grated Parmesan cheese, milk and raisins and mix well.
Form four burgers, cover with plastic wrap and let rest.
Core the apple but don't peel it. Cut into eight wedges.
Fry the apple slices with butter over high heat and set aside.
Cook the burgers in a pan with vegetable oil. Served on a bed of salad, with the apple slices.
